If the file is completely deleted, you will need to replace it.
: For broader system compatibility, you may also copy the file to: C:\Windows\System32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (if you are on a 64-bit system).
Open your antivirus software (like Windows Defender ) and look for the Quarantine or Protection History section. If you see rld.dll there, select it and choose Restore .
Alternatively, copy it to C:\Windows\System32 (and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 for 64-bit systems).
