This week, the MEP team made strong progress, completing 95% of the 4th-floor overhead rough-ins for HVAC and plumbing. The final submittal for the main electrical switchgear was approved. The primary challenge remains a 5-day delay in chilled water pipe deliveries, which will impact start of 5th-floor rough-ins. A recovery plan is in development. mep work progress report sample
