Taking a full 3D sports game from several gigabytes down to 10MB is practically impossible. For context, the game's "Data0.bin" file (which contains core gameplay assets) is over 2MB. The full game's "img" folder alone contains thousands of files for stadiums, player faces, kits, and ball physics that simply cannot be reduced to a few megabytes. A 10MB file wouldn't even contain a single playable stadium or a handful of player models.
