This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Uncasual Games

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Uncasual Games herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Uncasual Games updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. You are permitted to load the Ancient Cities software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Ancient Cities software.

Mods may change the game experience, and we do not warrant that they reflect the original version, are correct, error free, or fit for purpose. Beta tester agrees that Ancient Cities is the sole property of Uncasual Games and includes valuable trade secrets of Uncasual Games. Licensee agrees to treat Ancient Cities as confidential and will not without the express written authorization of Uncasual Games:
We only accept liability to you as set out in this clause, or as required by consumer or other laws that cannot be excluded by contract. All other implied conditions or warranties are excluded. To the fullest extent allowable at law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied in this EULA is excluded. We make no warranty as to fitness for any purpose, performance or compatibility.
Uncasual Games shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Uncasual Games. and North America

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Uncasual Games.

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
