Once you have executed your L R copy format, the cells still contain active formulas. If you delete or alter Column A, your extracted columns will break and display errors ( #REF! ). To finalize your layout, lock your text format in place: Highlight your newly filled Left and Right columns. Press Ctrl + C to copy the cells.
